Their Monks’ Bread, popular in CNY supermarkets, is now being sold online, they say, by popular demand. Their Web store isn’t quite ready yet, but they’ve got a temporary e-mail order page.
The monks, with quiet modesty, turn out thousands of loaves every day at their Abbey in Piffard. They also produce some tasty dessert cakes, based of 55 years of baking experience. All the goods are also available at an on-site store.
