People in and around Oswego are comparing it, now, with a fierce storm some remember from 1972, and a blizzard that took on “storm of the century” proportions in 1966. On the State University at Oswego campus, it’s a novelty for some students from other parts of the state or the country. Nice to know, as you’ll see in the video, that some people are having fun with this. (It’s repetitive, but you may find the first couple of minutes worth watching.)
